Artist Bio

Laz Rivero is a stand up comedian, actor and model. Laz has become one of the most buzz worthy comedians in New York City. He burst onto the scene with his unique and hilarious views on life in a gentrified Brooklyn contrasted with recounts of growing up as a Cuban refugee raised in a cult.  When not on the road, Laz can be seen regularly at Broadway Comedy Club, Greenwich Village Comedy Club, Caroline's On Broadway, The Grisly Pear Comedy Club,The Comedy Shop, The Tiny Cupboard and all over NYC, or chasing his toddler around Park Slope in his chancletas.  

Laz can be seen in Remember Marie 2020, The Redeemables 2021, Diamond Heat 2022.

Peaches Rodriguez is a Latina Stand-up comic/writer/Actor from Connecticut, who has been featured on the “Paula Abdul Dance Show: Live to Dance” on CBS. She performs at many other clubs and venues across the country for over 12 years. She was crowned Funniest Comedian in Connecticut. She is also a world class break dancer since the Eighties. Peaches has also done three U.S.O. tours of duty to support our troops, including the most recent, where she traveled to five countries in the Middle East- Afghanistan, Pakistan, Quatar, Saudi Arabia.

• Alcohol, Bar Service & Concessions: Comedy Explosion and its food & beverage concessions follow the PA State Liquor guidelines. Comedy Explosion has service bars with alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Food will be available for purchase from our vendors. Please note, no outside food & beverages is allowed in the venue at any time.
• Emergencies/Evacuations: In case of an emergency, guest must comply with instructions from venue staff regarding operations and emergency response procedures.
• Restrooms: Restroom facilities are located in the lobby area and lower level.
• Smoking Policy: Comedy Explosion is a non-smoking venue. No smoking, including vaping, is allowed in the venue at any time.

Entry Inspections

Comedy Explosion uses walk-through security checks for all events. Guest should allow extra time for entry in the venue. Large backpacks, suitcases, beach bags and equipment are prohibited. Guest who refuse screening will be denied entry. Guest who are denied entry will not be refunded.
